• If the infant is flying as an unaccompanied minor, then the following documents are required:
• A copy of the parents’ proof of identity (i.e., passports) with photocopies or a photo ID/passport card plus copies in original; and
• A notarized letter of consent from parents authorizing travel and designating who is to act as escort during the flight.
• If flying together on the same flight, then a copy of one parent’s passport plus a photocopy or photo ID/passport card of the other parent may be carried in lieu of full documentation if both parents have all the following: a copy of each other’s proof of identity, photocopies or photo ID/passport cards plus copies in original.
